1. What is the Google verification code?
Google Authenticator is a dynamic password tool that works similarly to dynamic SMS verification. After binding, a dynamic verification code is generated every 30 seconds. The verification code can be used for security verification of operations such as login, withdrawal, and modification of security settings.
2. How to set?
To set up Google authentication, please refer to the article, "How to set up Google authentication"
Step 1: Log in to BigONE account and click "Account Settings", look for "Google Authentication" under "Security Verification", and click "Set", as shown in the figure.
Step 2: Guidelines for iOS users to use Google's two-step verification
Step 3: Guide for Android users to use Google's two-step verification
Note: If the Android system is prompted to update GooglePlay when scanning the QR code, and cannot access GooglePlay normally, you can use the ciphertext method instead (it may be displayed on the phone as: enter the provided key).
The QR code and key of Google Authenticator are very important and need to be manually backed up safely. If your mobile device is damaged, replaced, or lost, you can restore the BigONE account double verification on the new mobile device according to the manual backup.
Step 4: In this way, your Google authentication settings are backed up. After entering your account and password every time you log in to BigONE, you can check the Google verification code from your mobile phone and then you can log in normally.
