How to reset your password【APP】

1. Open the BigONE APP, enter the login page, and click 「Forgot Password」.

   

「Security Reminder」

• After resetting the password, the withdrawal and transferring function will be suspended for 24 hours. After 24 hours, it will resume automatically.

2. Choose the account type(email or mobile), then enter the account details and click「Next Step」.

3. Click「Get Code」button and enter the code you received, then click「Next Step」to continue.

「Security Reminder」

• A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile phone or email address, please check it carefully and fill it within 15 minutes.

4. Enter the new login password, then click「Confirm」

• For account security, when setting the account password, please ensure that there are 8-20 characters, including any two combinations of numbers, letters, or symbols.
