How To Check Your VIP Level

Step 1:

Log into your BigONE account, click "Account" and then go to "Spot Account", the "User Level" at the upper-left corner in "Exchange Account" will tell you your VIP level related information.

Step 2:

Click on the "VIP Rights" at the upper-right corner in "Exchange Account" to view detailed fee information.
