Step 1: After signing in your BigONE account, click “Settings”, then go to the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) section, and click “Enable”.

NOTE: If you are required to update GooglePlay while scanning the QR code with Google Authenticator, and you couldn’t visit GooglePlay, you can manually enter the Private Key.

The QR code and Private Key are VERY IMPORTANT, make sure to save them in a safe place. If your mobile device is broken, replaced, or lost, you can reset 2FA with your saved codes. 

Step 3: Now you have turned on 2FA and backed up your codes. Enter your account ID, password, and Google Authenticator verification code to sign in the future.
