About BigONE Security Level

At BigONE, we provide professional digital transaction services based on corresponding security levels. Please refer to the following instructions for more details.

1. The Low-Security Level indicates that you have verified your email address, but the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be enabled to withdraw and transfer your assets.

2. The Medium-Security Level indicates that you have verified your email address and finished Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you can now make deposits and trade with others, but you may not withdraw or transfer your assets. To perform all the actions, a Know-Your-Client (KYC) verification is required. (How do I verify my identity?)

3. The High-Security Level indicates that you have finished KYC, and you can set your asset PIN.

4. The Strong-Security Level indicates that your Asset PIN is enabled, and you will be required to give Asset PIN every time you withdraw from your account. All the security measures will make your account secure than ever.
