BigONE Fee Policy

As is stated in the Terms of Service, BigONE has put together the following fee policy:

Free Depositing
Trading fee 0.1%

The fixed withdrawal fees depend on the types of assets. For BTC, the fixed withdrawal fee for every transaction is 0.001 BTC; for ETH, the fixed withdrawal fee for every transaction is 0.005 ETH. For more details, please check the chart below.

If the underlying cost structures change in the future, we will update the fee correspondingly. Please understand that it may take some time for us to implement the changes. If you have any question please contact our customer service and submit a request on our website.
