Dear BigONE users,

 

BigONE will upgrade and maintain the entire site system at 00:00 on May 19, 2021, the maintenance time is as follows:

• BigONE will maintain the entire site system on May 19, 2021 00:00-02:00（UTC+8）, all the system services will be unavailable at that time; 
• The futures system service maintenance will be completed on May 19, 2021 02:00（UTC+8）, you can login Web and App to open position, close position, cancel order, margin call, transfer funds etc.;
• The spot system will be maintained on May 19, 2021 02:00-04:00（UTC+8）, the scope of the maintenance includes: spot, leverage, leveraged ETF, spot transfer, leverage transfer, spot deposit etc.;
• All of the system services will be restored on May 19, 2021 04:00（UTC+8）.

After the maintenance is completed, we will inform the announcement, and reserve 15 minutes to cancel the order. After 15 minutes, all system services will be officially opened. All matters are subject to the official announcement.

During the maintenance period, your assets will be very safe, no need to worry. We will restore related services as soon as the maintenance is completed, and notify you all. Sorry for any inconvenience may caused.
