How to Complete BigONE KYC【WEB】

BigONE KYC is divided into: Basic KYC and Advanced KYC.

• Basic KYC

1. Enter BigONE official website（https://bigone.com/en），login account, click the right corner account icon, select 「Identity Verification」；

【Tips】

• The daily withdrawal limit for the user who completes basic verification is up to 50 BTC，the OTC trading amount for 24 hours is 300 USDT；

2. Fill in the basic information，「Country」,「Full Name」,「ID Type」,「ID Number」，click「Next」；

【Tips】

• Please to be noted that once you submit the KYC information, it can't be changed, please make sure the information you filled in is accurate；

3. Enter「Facial Recognition Authentication」，please use your phone to scan the QR code, and verify as the tips；

4. After you scanned the code, it redirect you to the page「Upload ID Card」，take two photos of your ID card front and back side, and click「Next」；

5. Click「Start Facial Recognition」，record a video within 5 seconds, after the recording, click「Submit」；

【Tips】

• The time of the video you record shall not over 5 seconds, please open your mouth once when you are recording；

6. Your「KYC information has been submitted」，please wait for the audit；

7. After the basic KYC, you could continue the 「Advanced KYC」；

【Tips】
