BigONE Announcement on Share Consolidation of Leveraged ETF Product DOGE3S

Dear BigONE users,

Because of the price of the leveraged ETF product DOGE3S is lower than 0.05 USDT，which triggered the mechanism of BigONE leveraged ETF products share consolidation, in order to improve the efficiency of the price, we decide to start the share consolidation mechanism at 17:00 on April 22 of 2021 (UTC+8). At that time, the shares of DOGE3S will be separately merged, the total assets of users will not be affected after the share consolidation.

The name, symbol, and the trading pairs are the same as before the merge.

The original 100 DOGE3S share will be changed into a new  DOGE3S share，The net value of the new share will be 100 times the original share. The net value conversion is based on the net value at the time of the merger. 
For example：
During the merging, Ming held 100 DOGE3S，the net value of each share is 0.015，then the total amount should be 1.5 USDT. After the merge, Ming holds one  DOGE3S，the net value of each share is 1.5，the total amount remains the same,  which is still 1.5 USDT。

【Tips】

1. During the consolidation, we will suspend the asset trading of the corresponding trading pair half an hour in advance (the merger process is expected to be 1 hour), and other trading pairs transactions will not be affected.
2. Before the consolidation, all users who have pending orders for the trading pairs above are required to withdraw their orders in advance. If the orders are not withdrawn, the system will automatically cancel all orders and the relevant assets will be returned to the account.

【Risk Reminder】

• If the direction is judged wrong, under extreme market conditions, there is a risk possibilities that the price will approach to 0；
• If the price you buy/sell should have a larger deviation from the net value of the unit, you may suffer a corresponding loss. Please pay attention to the price and net value when placing orders;
• If you trade when the price deviates greatly from the net value, after the ETF product shares are merged, the price will return to the net value, causing a certain loss, so please be sure to deal with the transaction in a timely manner before the share merger.
