BigONE Contract System Maintenance Notice(04/12/2021)

Dear BigONE users: 

In order to optimize the trading experience for contract trading users, BigONE will be performing a maintenance of the contract system at 21:00 (UTC+8) on Apr 13, 2021. The estimated maintenance period will be about 30-60 minutes. After the maintenance is completed, the Take Profit(TP) and Stop Loss(SL) buttons will be split and you can TP/SL by price, gain, loss and other indicators(Currently only available on the Web side, the App will be updated in the near future).

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of contract trading will be suspended, and other functions like market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, fund transfer will not be available. The scope of influence includes App, Web, and API (query and operation). Before the contract maintenance is completed , users who need canceling orders please contact the customer service for help. During the maintenance period, your assets will be very safe, and there's nothing to be worried about.
