BigONE Opens the Order Cancellation Service (02/05/2021)

Dear BigONE users:

BigONE has completed the maintenance of the spot trading system and has now resumed the order cancellation function. Users are now available log in to their account cancelling orders on BigONE App and Web. We will resume all related services at 9:00 (UTC+8) on February 5, 2021, with an official announcement at the time.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused during the maintenance period.

BigONE will performing a maintenance for our spot trading system at 7:00 (UTC+8) on February 5, 2021. The estimated maintenance period will be about 2 hours. The scope of this maintenance involves: system services such as transfer between funding account and leverage account, capital account and spot account, as well as deposit and withdrawal services.
