BigONE will performing a maintenance for our spot trading system at 7:00 (UTC+8) on January 23, 2021. The estimated maintenance period will be about 2 hours. The scope of this maintenance involves: system services such as transfer between funding account and leverage account, capital account and spot account, as well as deposit and withdrawal services.
After the maintenance is completed, we will be posting an official announcement and reserving 15 minutes for users to cancel orders. After 15 minutes, the system services will be officially opened. All matters will be subjected to the official announcement.
During the maintenance period, your assets will be very safe and there's nothing to worry about. We will resume those related services as soon as the maintenance completed with an announcement notifying all users. We apologize for the inconvenience brought to you.
【Tips】
- The contract trading will not be affected by the maintenance at the time. However, during the maintenance period, asset will not be able being transferred from the funding account to contract account for the time being, so please transfer a sufficient margin in advance to avoid losses caused by market fluctuations just in case.
