BigONE has Resumed the Order Cancellation Service (01/20/2021)

Dear BigONE users:

BigONE has completed the maintenance of the spot trading system and has now resumed the order cancellation function, users are now able going to either App and Web side cancelling orders. We will resume all related services at 11:45 (UTC+8) on January 20, 2021, with an official announce at the time.

BigONE will maintain the spot trading system at 00:00 (UTC+8) on January 20, 2021, and the estimated maintenance time will be about 5 hours. The scope of this maintenance involves: spot, leverage, leveraged ETF, asset transfer, recharge, withdrawal and other system services.
