BigONE has Resumed the Order Cancellation Service (01/15/2021)

Dear BigONE users:

BigONE has completed the upgrade and maintenance for the spot system and has resumed the order cancellation function. Now users are available canceling orders on either App and Web. We will resume the rest of services at 14:15 (UTC+8) on January 15 with an official announce at the time.

BigONE will be performing a system maintenance for spot system at 7:00 (UTC+8) on January 15, 2021. The estimated upgrade and maintenance time will be3 hours. The scope of this maintenance involves: spot, leverage, leveraged ETF, asset transfer, recharge, cash withdrawal and other system services.
