BigONE Site-wide System Maintenance Notice (12/13/2020)

Dear BigONE user:

For cloud service provider database maintenance, BigONE will be performing a system maintenance at 14:30(UTC+8) on December 14, 2020, with an estimated maintenance period of 30 minutes. The maintenance scope involves: spot, contract, leverage, leveraged ETF, wealth management, API and other system services.

We will be notifying the completion of the maintenance by the official announcement. Before all of service back to be resumed, there will be a 15-minute reserved time for users to make withdrawal.

Your assets will be very safe during maintenance and with nothing to worry about. We will resume the relevant services as soon as the maintenance is completed with the announcement. Thanks for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience caused during the maintenance.
