BigONE has Resumed the Order Cancellation Service (02/16/2021)

Dear BigONE users:

BigONE has completed the maintenance of the spot trading system and has now resumed the order cancellation function, users are now able going to either App and Web side cancelling orders. We will resume all related services at 9:00 (UTC+8) on February 16, 2021, with an official announce at the time.

Again, we would like to deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused during the maintenance period.

To provide users with a better trading experience, we will be performing a maintenance for our spot trading system at 8:00 (UTC+8) on February 16, 2021. The estimated maintenance time will be about 1 hours. The scope of this maintenance involves:spot, leverage, leveraged ETF  system services.Asset transfer, deposit, withdrawal services will not be affected.
