Your have 1 DOT in your account as principle, then you'll be able to borrow 9 DOT. And you'll be able to use the total amount of DOT to buy long.

2. Buy long
You have 1 DOT in your account as principle, then you'll be able to borrow USDT equivalent to 9 DOT. And you'll be able to use the total amount of USDT to buy long.
