Contract Trading System Maintenance Notice(12/09/2020)

In order to improve the performance of the contract trading system, BigONE will start the contract system maintenance at 16:00 (UTC+8) on December 9, 2020.

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of contract trading will be suspended including functions such as market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, and fund transfer will be unavailable.

【Tips】

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during the maintenance period, users are requested to be aware about the risk control by adding margin, reducing actual leverage, or closing positions in advance;
• During the maintenance period, you can access BigONE normally, those normal transactions will not be affected;
• The estimated time for this maintenance is 30 minutes, and we will announce after the maintenance has been completed. The specific time is subject to subsequent announcements;
