Margin Trading System Maintenance Notice (11/25/2020)

Dear BigONE users:

In order to improve the performance of the margin trading system, BigONE will undergo the contract system maintenance from 15:00 - 17:00 (UTC+8) on November 26, 2020.

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of margin trading will be suspended, and functions such as market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, and fund transfer will be unavailable, includes App, Web, and API (query and operating).

【Tips】

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during the maintenance period, users are requested to do a good job of risk control by adding margin, reducing actual leverage, or closing positions in advance;
• During the maintenance period, you can access BigONE normally, and normal transactions of other business lines will not be affected;
• The estimated period for the maintenance is 2 hours, and we will announce the completion of the maintenance. 
• BigONE will always keep working on providing you with better products with better services.
