Future Trading System Maintenance (11/03/2020)

In order to improve the performance of the future trading system, BigONE will begin system upgrade and maintenance at 16:00 on November 3, 2020 (UTC+8). The estimated maintenance period is about 20-30 minutes.

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of future trading will be suspended, and functions such as market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, and fund transfer will be unavailable. The scope of influence includes App, Web, and API (query and operating).

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during the maintenance period, users are requested to do a good job of risk control by adding margin, reducing actual leverage, or closing positions in advance;
• During the maintenance period, you can access BigONE normally, and normal transactions of other business lines will not be affected;
