Contract Trading System Maintenance Notice (10/16/2020)

Dear BigONE users:

In order to meet the diversified trading needs of users, BigONE will be performing a system upgrade and maintenance at 11:30 (UTC+8) on October 16, 2020. The estimated maintenance period will be 30-60 minutes. After the maintenance is completed, FIL /USDT Perpetual Contract will be added. 

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of contract trading will be suspended, and functions such as market, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, and asset transfer will be unavailable. The maintenance will impact including App, Web, and API (query and operating).

Tips:

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during the maintenance period, users are requested to do a good job of risk control by adding margin, reducing actual leverage, or closing positions in advance;
• During the maintenance period, you can access BigONE normally, and normal transactions of other business lines will not be affected;
• The estimated time for this maintenance is 30-60 minutes. We will announce the completion of the maintenance. The specific time is subject to subsequent announcements;
