Announcement on the temporary maintenance of BigONE contract transactions (2020/10/17)

Dear users:

In order to improve the performance of the contract trading system, BigONE will start the system upgrade and maintenance at 09:30 (UTC+8) on October 17, 2020. The estimated maintenance time is 10-20 minutes.
During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of contract trading will be suspended.

Market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, fund transfer and other functions will not be available. The scope of influence includes App, Web, and API (query and operation).
