Maintenance of Spot Trading System (09/19/2020)

Dear BigONE users:

In order to improve the performance of the trading system, BigONE will begin system upgrade and maintenance at 7:30PM on September 19, 2020 (GMT+8), and the maintenance will be taken about 30 minutes.

During the maintenance period, all spot transactions will be suspended, and functions such as market update, order cancellation, and fund transfer will be unavailable. The scope of influence includes App, Web, and API (query and operation).

Tips:

• During the maintenance period, you can access BigONE normally, and normal transactions of other business lines will not be affected;
• The estimated time for this maintenance is 30 minutes, and we will announce the completion of the maintenance. The specific time is subject to subsequent announcements;
• After the maintenance is over, ten minutes will be reserved for order cancellation from 8:00PM to 8:10PM, and normal trading will be started from 8:10PM;
