In order to enhance the contract trading experience, BigONE will begin system upgrade and maintenance at 11:00 on September 1, 2020 (GMT+8) , with an estimated maintenance time of 30-60 minutes.

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of contract trading will be suspended, and functions such as market update, opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, and fund transfer will be unavailable. The scope of influence includes App, Web, and API (query and operating).

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during the maintenance period, users are requested to do a good job of risk control by adding margin, reducing actual leverage, or closing positions in advance;
• During the maintenance period, you can access BigONE normally, and normal transactions of other business lines will not be affected;
• The estimated time of this maintenance is 30-60 minutes, and we will announce the completion of the maintenance. The specific time is subject to subsequent announcements;
