Contract Trading System Maintenance (2020/08/21)

Dear BigONE users:

In order to improve the performance of the contract trading system, BigONE will start the system maintenance at 5:00PM on August 21, 2020 (GMT+8). The maintenance period will be about 15 - 30 minutes.

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of contract trading will be suspended, and functions such as market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, and fund transfer will be unavailable. The scope of impact includes App, Web, and API (query and operating).

Tips:

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during the maintenance period, users are requested to do a good job of risk control by adding margin, reducing actual leverage, or closing positions in advance;
• During the maintenance period, you can access BigONE normally, and normal transactions of other business lines will not be affected;
• The estimated time for this maintenance is 15-30 minutes, and we will announce the completion of the maintenance. The specific time is subject to subsequent announcements;
• BigONE will synchronize the maintenance progress on social media such as Sina Weibo (search and follow "coinge BigONE"). You can follow the latest progress through Weibo and WeChat groups.
