"Contribution Point" Redemption Instruction

Dear BigONE users:

Since BigONE varies "Contribution Point" redemption plans to our traders, now 3 plans are available for traders to choose among their preference. And we’re happy to see that most users have chosen the plan that suits them best. Subsequently, BigONE will make the following adjustments to the "contribution point" exchange:

1. After October 31, 2020, the exchange channel for ONE + "contribution point" = 0.014 USDT and the exchange channel for maintaining the currency standard cost of the VIP level will be changed to centralized processing once every six months. Normal ONE + "contribution point"= 0.14 USDT exchange channels will continue to be opened and the rules remain unchanged.
2. Users who exchange through ONE + "contribution point" = 0.014 USDT and maintain the currency-based cost exchange for maintaining the VIP level, please submit it in the form of a work order, and the platform customer service will make statistics.
