About system maintenance and trading rollback

Dear BigONE users:

At 18:00 on August 7, 2020, system maintenance was caused by a failure of the cloud platform's internal network. After the pending order and matching were restored, some orders could not be loaded, resulting in abnormal trading behavior in the market. BigONE will perform a rollback operation to roll back the spot transaction data to 18:00 on August 7, 2020, including the liquidation of spot leverage and lending during this period. The time to resume service will be notified separately.

Currently, BigONE's spot trading, leveraged trading, deposit and withdrawal, and transfer functions are temporarily suspended, and contract trading will not be affected.
