Notification of BigONE Exchange Under Maintenance

Dear BigONE Users:

BigONE is currently under maintenance, we will publish notification once the maintenance complete.

Currently, spot trading (including leverage trading) has been suspended. The following functions have also been suspended including, market quotes update, open and close positions, cancel orders. Also, the deposits and withdrawals of blockchain assets have been suspended. Both the mobile app and web interface have been influenced. 

We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Warm Prompt:

• After the maintenance, there will be time for users to cancel the orders. There will be notice published for details. 
• During the maintenance, users can access their accounts, other functions have not been influenced.  
• After the maintenance, we will publish notification, please pay attention for the following notice. BigONE will use Weibo(follow "币格 BigONE") and other social media to publish latest progress. 

BigONE will be continuously providing better products and helpful services.
