System Maintenance (2020.6.17)

Dear Users,

To improve system performance, BigONE will perform system upgrade and maintenance from 18:00-19:30 (UTC+8) on June 17, 2020. After the maintenance is completed, the API will add the Post Only (Maker only) order type.

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of spot trading and margin trading will be suspended. Market update, order placing, order cancellation, order history query and other functions will be unavailable. The level of influence includes the App side, Web client, and API side (query and operation).

It is estimated that from 19:00 (UTC+8) on June 17th, users will be able to log in to BigONE and cancel orders for spot trading and margin trading. It is estimated that the system maintenance will be completed at 19:30 (UTC+8) on June 17 and all functions will be coming back to normal. 

Please note that 

• During the maintenance you can still log in big.one, with other functions not affected. 
• The estimated time for this maintenance is 1.5 hours. We will announce the completion of the maintenance. The specific time will be subject to subsequent announcements. BigONE will maintain maintenance progress on social media such as Sina Weibo (search and follow "币格 BigONE"), and you can follow the latest progress through Weibo, WeChat group, etc.
