System Maintenance (2020/6/16)

BigONE will conduct system maintenance from 15:00-17:30 (UTC + 8) on June 16, 2020. The maintenance is expected to last 2.5 hours. After the maintenance is completed, BigONE's new VIP system will be launched immediately.

During the system maintenance, all functions and services such as login, deposit, withdrawal, spot trading, margin trading, contract trading, OTC, B2C lending, wealth management product, and fund transfer will be suspended. 

It is projected on June 16th at 17:00 (UTC+8), users can log in to BigONE and cancel orders for spot trading and margin trading; at the same time, contract trading, wealth management, OTC, and B2C lending will also come back to normal. 

It will be completed at 17:30 (UTC+8) on June 16 and all functions will be restored.

Please keep in mind that

• Please take a look at your margin balance of contract and margin positions and make changes accordingly to mitigate risks of market fluctuation during the maintenance.
• The maintenance is expected to last 2.5 hours. We will notify you when the maintenance is completed. The specific time will be subject to future announcements. BigONE will sync the maintenance progress on social media such as Sina Weibo (search and follow "币格 BigONE"), and you can follow the latest progress through Weibo, WeChat group, etc.

During the maintenance phase, your assets are as safe as ever.
