Contract Trading System Maintenance

In order to improve the performance of the contract trading system, BigONE will upgrade and maintain the system from 20:00-20:10 (UTC+8) on June 12, 2020. 

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of the contract transaction will be suspended, and market update, open and close positions, cancellation of orders, additional margin, funds transfer and other functions will be unavailable. The scope of influence includes the App side, Web, and API side (query and operating).

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

Please keep in mind that

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during maintenance, we suggest users control by adding margin, reducing actual leverages, or closing positions in advance.
• During maintenance, you can access BigONE normally, and normal transactions of other business lines will not be affected.
• The estimated time for the maintenance of this contract transaction is 10 minutes. We will announce the completion of the maintenance. The specific time will be subject to subsequent announcements. BigONE will maintain maintenance progress on social media such as Sina Weibo (search and follow "币格 BigONE"), and you can follow the latest progress through Weibo, WeChat group, etc.
