1．How many levels does the new BigONE VIP system have? What are they?

5 grades, namely: bronze, silver, platinum, diamond, challenger;

"BigONE Points" determines your VIP level. The higher the points, the higher the level and the better the benefits you will get.

  

2．How to calculate BigONE points?

"BigONE point" is your comprehensive behavior points in BigONE in the past 3 months. The points are divided into two parts, the first part is the basic points (out of 350 points), and the second part is the advanced points  (out of 600 points);

The basic points are up to 350 points, and the scoring criteria include Assets Overview  (> 0), user behavior (at least 1 login in the past) and identity verification (passing basic authentication). You can get the points if you meet the standards, but not if you fail to meet the standards;

The advanced points is up to 600 points. The scoring dimension includes 5 dimensions: transaction history, Assets Overview , Invite Friends, user activities, and identity verification. The point will be updated every 7 days.

3．What is the fee of the new VIP system? What is the invite commission % ?

The basic rate is 0.2%. Higher levels will get lower rates. The rate changes linearly, that is, the same level, different points, and different rates. For example, challenger level users can enjoy a minimum rate of 0.06%; the invitation commission % also varies according to the VIP level from 20% to 40%, the details are as follows:

4．What are the benefits of users holding ONE?

You can get benefits like lower trading fee %, higher commission %, lower interest, etc. by freezing or paying ONE. Go to Buy benefits with ONE page for the details.

If you do not have enough ONE in your spot account, you can buy ONE with other coins on the BigONE spot market.

5．What are the specific benefits of VIP?

7．After the leveraged borrowing rate is changed, can the borrowed currency before this change get the new interest rate?

No, After the change of the leveraged borrowing rate, it will only take effect for subsequent borrowing orders, and the borrowing order before the change will still use the original interest rate.

If you want to use the new interest rate, you can first repay the original borrowed money and borrow money again.

8．Will VIP users of the new level also get contribution points?

During the adjustment period of the new VIP system, BigONE will temporarily not distribute the contribution point to users. After the subsequent adjustment is completed, rewards will be made according to the needs of activities. In addition, spot trading invite friends will no longer be rewarded for the contribution point. Instead, they will be invited to receive commission%.

9．Are the original contribution points still valid? What are the use cases of contribution point?

They will stay valid,

ONE + contribution points can be exchanged for USDT, ONE or BTC, exchanged once every 30 days, there will be advance notice for adjustment later

10．How new VIP users earn contribution point?

11．How much contribution point has been redeemed in the ten times of  "100-fold targeted repurchase" plan? How much ONE has been destroyed?

12．How often is the contribution point redeemed?

l At the same level, the points are different, and the invite commission% will be also different. For example: A and B are both silver users. The points of A are 455, and the points of B are 505. Now the invite commission% of A and B will be different.

l After the new VIP system is launched, invite friends will only get a certain percentage of trading fee commission, and no longer reward the contribution point.
