System Maintenance

Dear BigONE Users,

BigONE will conduct system maintenance from 9:00 on May 31, the downtime estimates to be 2 hours. We will suspend login, deposit, withdraw, spot trading, margin trading, futures trading, OTC, BigONE Loans, wealth management, and transfer function.

Users can log in and remove their orders from spot trading and margin trading starting at 10:30 on May 31, the futures trading, wealth management, OTC, and BigONE Loans will resume service at the same time.

In addition, if you hold any positions in futures trading, please make sure you close your position before 9:00 on May 31 to avoid being charged. (All time UTC+8)

All services will be resumed at 11:00 on May 31, UTC+8.

Reminder:

• Please assess the funds in your margin trading and futures trading accounts before the maintenance to avoid risks during the maintenance.
• The maintenance will last 2 hours, we will release an announcement when the maintenance completes.

Your assets will be safe during maintenance, please do not worry.
