Filling examples and tips for various types of deposits not received inquiries
(1)Forgot to fill in Memo or Tag
Reminder: To retrieve the forgotten Memo or Tag, a second small (10-30 USDT equivalent tokens)deposit confirmation is required. Please use the same issuing address to send a small amount transfer to your deposit address, please pay attention to fill in Memo or Tag. Please submit this work order after the second small deposit is completed and provide the Txid and screenshot of the second deposit.

(2)Deposit currency and address do not match
This kind of situation is often caused by wrong deposit chain or wrong currency deposit, such as USDT (ERC20) wrong deposit to USDT (BSC) address, ETC wrong deposit to ETH address, etc.

(3)Initiate deposits when service is suspended
This kind of situation is common when the deposit is temporarily closed for the maintenance and upgrade of the BigONE wallet. The deposit during the shutdown of the deposit needs to be processed after restoring the deposit.

(4)Another exchange refunded the deposit to BigONE
Such problems are common when your assets are withdrawn from BigONE to other platforms and returned the same way.

(5)Deposit the unlisted asset
Such problems are often seen in deposits that are not listed on the BigONE platform.
