Announcement on Spot Trading System Upgrade Maintenance (2025/5/19)

Dear BigONE users,

We will be performing an upgrade maintenance on 20 May 2025 at 06:00 (GMT+8), with an estimated duration of 1 hour. During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: Spot Trading, Margin Trading, Leveraged ETFs, Liquidity Mining, Quantitative Strategies, and transfers related to spot and margin accounts.

After the maintenance is completed, we will inform you with an official announcement, and reserve 10 minutes for order cancellation. After 10 minutes, all system services will be officially opened. All matters are subject to the official announcement.

During the maintenance period, your assets will be well secure. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period.
