Announcement on the Maintenance of BigONE Futures Trading System and Optimization of the Market Price Order Function (2022/2/15)

In order to further optimize and upgrade the Futures trading experience, the Futures infrastructure service facilities were be conducting upgrades and maintenance. BigONE will perform Futures maintenance at 12:00 (GMT+8) on 16th February 2022 and temporarily shut down the service. The estimated maintenance time is 15-30 Minutes. We will announce the completion of the maintenance via an official announcement. The specific time is subject to the latest announcements.

All trading pairs in the Futures trading area will be suspended during the maintenance period. Market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, fund transfer and other functions will not be available. The scope of maintenance includes the Mobile App, Website, and API (query and operation). Before the maintenance is complete and an open transaction is open, users who wish to withdraw their orders need to contact online customer service. During the maintenance period, your assets will remain secure, so there is no need to worry.

After the maintenance is completed, BigONE Futures market order (including market take profit and stop loss) will be changed from "full transaction or cancellation" to "partial transaction or cancellation".
1. In the case of severe market fluctuations or insufficient depth of pending orders, when a user with a large position triggers the market price take profit and stop loss, if the position cannot be closed at one time, there will be partial market price take profit and stop loss transactions, we will help users to successfully close positions as soon as possible many times.
2. When using market orders, you need to pay attention to the situation of thin pending orders. Some transaction functions may cause a large slippage. When a user with a large position manually closes the position at the market price, the position closing system will not try multiple times, therefore you need to pay attention If the position changes. If there is a partial liquidation situation, it is necessary to carry out the market closing operation again in time.
