BigONE Supporting the Merge of NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP)

Dear BigONE users,

BigONE will support the token merge of NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP). The specific details are as follows:

1. BigONE will delist the KEEP3L/USDT and KEEP3S/USDT trading pairs at 19:00 on 13th February 2022 (GMT+8). Users who hold positions require to close their positions before delisting. For users who do not close their positions, the system will automatically close the position, the platform will settle the KEEP3S and KEEP3L users within 24 hours according to the net value at the time of delisting.

2. BigONE will delist the NU/USDT trading pair at 10:00 on 16th February 2022 (GMT+8) and close the NuCypher (NU) deposit and withdrawal services at the same time. During this period, for user who has pending orders for the above trading pair please cancel the pending order in advance. If you do not cancel the order after it is delisted, the system will automatically cancel the order for you with relevant assets returned to your spot account.

3. BigONE will take a snapshot of the user's NU holdings and issue a new token T to the user according to the project party's regulated ratio of 1 NU = 3.26 T.

4. BigONE will announce the distribution time, launch time and opening time of deposit and withdrawal services of the new token T separately.
