Announcement on Supporting Polygon (MATIC) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Dear BigONE users,

Polygon (MATIC) will carry out network upgrade and hard fork at Polygon block height 23,850,000. The estimated time will be on 18th January 2022 at 16:00 (GMT+8). In order to support this network upgrade and hard fork, BigONE has suspended the deposit and withdrawal of MATIC tokens. During network upgrades and hard forks, MATIC transactions will not be affected.

BigONE will resume the deposit and withdrawal after the network upgrade and hard fork of Polygon (MATIC) is completed and the network is deemed to be stable. We will not notify users in a further announcement
