Dear BigONE users,

BigONE has completed the upgrade of the spot trading system and has now restored the order cancellation function. You can go to the App and Web to cancel the order. We will resume all services at 17:20 (GMT+8) on 8 January 2022.

BigONE will upgrade and maintain the spot trading system at 17:00 (GMT+8) on 8 January 2022. The estimated maintenance time is 10 - 30 minutes. The scope of this maintenance involves spot trading, placing and canceling orders.
