In order to further optimize and upgrade the Futures trading experience, the Futures infrastructure service facilities were be conducting upgrades and maintenance. BigONE will perform Futures maintenance at 7:00 (GMT+8) on 1st January 2022 and temporarily shut down the service. The estimated maintenance time is 60-120 minutes. We will announce the completion of the maintenance via an official announcement. The specific time is subject to the latest announcements.
During the maintenance period, trading of all trading pairs in the Futures trading area will be suspended. Market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, fund transfer and other functions will not be available. The scope of maintenance includes the Mobile App, Website, and API (query and operation). Before the maintenance is complete and an open transaction is open, users who wish to withdraw their orders need to contact online customer service. All of your assets will be secure during the maintenance period, so there is no need to worry.
