Dear BigONE users,

BigONE has completed the upgrade of the spot trading system and has now restored the order cancellation function. You can go to the App and Web to cancel the order. We will resume all services at 08:00 (GMT+8) on 9 December 2021.

BigONE will upgrade and maintain the spot trading system at 07:00 (GMT+8) on 9 December 2021. The estimated maintenance time is 1 hour. The scope of this maintenance involves spot, leverage, leveraged ETF  system services and asset transfer.
