Announcement on Share Consolidation of Leveraged ETF Product TLM3S, SHIB3S, SOL3S, AVAX3S, ZEC3S, EOS3L

Dear BigONE users,

As the unit price of leveraged ETF products TLM3S, SHIB3S, SOL3S, AVAX3S, ZEC3S, EOS3L is lower than 0.05 USDT, BigONE leveraged ETF product share consolidation mechanism has been triggered. In order to improve the effectiveness of the price, we will initiate the consolidation on 30 November 2021 at 23:30 (GMT+8), and the shares of TLM3S, SHIB3S, SOL3S, AVAX3S, ZEC3S, EOS3L will be merged separately. After the merge, the total assets of users will not be affected in any way.

The name, abbreviation, and transaction pair of the new share are the same as before the merge.

• The original 10,000 shares of TLM3S and the new share of the net value become 10,000 times the original share, and the net value conversion is based on the net value at the time of the merge.
• The original 5,000 shares of SHIB3S and the new share of the net value become 5,000 times the original share, and the net value conversion is based on the net value at the time of the merge.
• The original 500 shares of SOL3S, AVAX3S, ZEC3S and the new share of the net value become 500 times the original share, and the net value conversion is based on the net value at the time of the merge.
• The original 200 shares of EOS3L and the new share of the net value become 200 times the original share, and the net value conversion is based on the net value at the time of the merge.

Example:
At the time of the merge, David held 10,000 TLM3S, each with a net value of 0.00009 and a total amount of 0.9 USDT. After the merge, David holds 1 TLM3S, each with a net value of 0.9, and the total amount remains unchanged at 0.9 USDT.

Note:
1. During the merge, we will stop the transaction of the currency pair asset half an hour in advance (the merger process is expected to be 1 hour), and other currency pair transactions will not be affected.
2. Before the merge, all users who have pending orders for the currency pairs above are requested to withdraw their orders in advance. If the orders are not withdrawn, the system will automatically cancel all orders and the relevant assets will be returned to the account.
