Swapbox User Agreement

Using Swapbox trading involves a high level of risk. To use Swapbox to trade or invest in digital assets, participants are urged to take precautions, pay attention to the risks, and carefully determine if it is appropriate to do so. As for the digital asset projects in Swapbox, BigONE only reviews the security of the contracts and does not get involved in or interfere with the operation of the project. It is important to be cautious when purchasing cryptocurrency assets (and any other asset). Price fluctuations can occur at any time due to a variety of factors. You could potentially profit or lose a huge amount due to price fluctuations. BigONE does not guarantee or compensate for any of your investment behavior.

The user shall be responsible for any losses caused by his/her fault. This includes, but is not limited to, not following the prompts for a transaction, failing to perform a transaction in time, forgetting or leaking passwords, having their passwords cracked by others, and having their computers hacked.

We will contact the user in the event that a user generates improper gains due to a possible loophole in the Swapbox trading rules. In the absence of your cooperation, we will take recovery measures such as freezing account funds, limiting account transactions, and taking legal action. The user is also responsible for any recovery costs that we incur as a result of their failure to cooperate effectively.

Please pay attention to the possible risk factors of the Swapbox service, as follows:

1. Swapbox itself does not have a liquidity pool. It uses technical means to connect users' digital assets with the reserve assets in the liquidity pool on the DEX chain to match transactions.
2. Swapbox is an aggregate trading product that is only responsible for providing users with connections to assets in other DEX chain liquidity pools. Please check the quality of the project yourself. It is advisable to carefully evaluate your risk tolerance before taking part in project transactions.
3. Profits and losses will be determined by the price fluctuations of the corresponding digital assets, which are not controlled by BigONE or Swapbox.
4. User must read this agreement carefully before using the Swapbox service. Once the user uses the Swapbox service, it is deemed to have agreed to the content of this agreement.
