Announcement on Spot Trading System Maintenance (26 September 2021)

Dear BigONE users:

To provide users with a better trading experience, we will be performing maintenance for our spot trading system at 7:00 (GMT+8) on 27 September 2021. The estimated maintenance time will be about 1 hour. The scope of this maintenance involves spot, leverage, leveraged ETF  system services and asset transfer. Deposit/withdrawal services will not be affected.

After the maintenance is completed, we will be posting an official announcement and reserve a 15-minutes period for users to cancel orders. After 15 minutes, the system services will be officially opened. All matters will be subjected to the official announcement.

During the maintenance period, your assets will be very safe with nothing to worry about. We will resume those related services as soon as the maintenance is completed with an official announcement.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused during the maintenance period.
