Announcement regarding delisting PTX trading pair and assets

To facilitate a better trading experience for our users, BigONE will be delisting PTX trading pair at the same time removing its assets.

• Trading pair removal and deposit service closing time: 7 September 2021 15:00 (GMT + 8).
• Assets removal time: 7 October 2021 15:00 (GMT + 8).

[Reminder]

1. During this period, users who have pending orders for the above trading pairs, please cancel the pending order in advance. If the order is not withdrawn after being removed, the system will automatically withdraw the order for you, and the relevant crypto assets will be returned to your trading account.
2. If you hold the above assets in your BigONE account, please transfer them out in time, please understand that BigONE will not be responsible for any problems caused by your delayed operation.
