BigONE system maintenance completed (24 August 2021)

Dear BigONE users,

BigONE has completed the system maintenance, all functions and services have been resumed. Now all users are available logging into the Web and Mobile App to deposit, withdraw, make spot transactions and Futures transactions, leveraged transactions, leveraged ETF transactions, financial product, lending, API and other systems services, thanks for your patient and understanding. 

Note: Please adjust the margin balance in time for Futures and margin accounts to avoid risks caused by market fluctuations.
