Announcement on share consolidation of leveraged ETF product AVAX3S

Dear BigONE users,

We decide to start the share consolidation mechanism at 23:30 on 21 August 2021 (GMT+8). At that time, the shares of AVAX3S will be separately merged, the total assets of users will not be affected after the share consolidation.

The name, symbol, and trading pairs are the same as before the merge.

The original 1000 AVAX3S  share will be changed into a new AVAX3S share，The net value of the new share will be 1000 times the original share. The net value conversion is based on the net value at the time of the merger. 
For example：
During the merging, Alex held 1000 AVAX3S，the net value of each share is 0.00015，then the total amount should be 0.15 USDT. After the merge, Alex holds one AVAX3S，the net value of each share is 0.15，the total amount remains the same,  which is still 0.15 USDT.

【Tips】

1. During the consolidation, we will suspend the asset trading of the corresponding trading pair half an hour in advance (the merger process is expected to be 1 hour), and other trading pair's transactions will not be affected.
2. Before the consolidation, all users who have pending orders for the trading pairs above are required to withdraw their orders in advance. If the orders are not withdrawn, the system will automatically cancel all orders and the relevant assets will be returned to the account.

【Risk Reminder】

• If the direction is judged wrong, under extreme market conditions, there is a risk possibility that the price will approach 0；
• If the price you buy/sell should have a larger deviation from the net value of the unit, you may suffer a corresponding loss. Please pay attention to the price and net value when placing orders;
• If you trade when the price deviates greatly from the net value after the ETF product shares are merged, the price will return to the net value, causing a certain loss, so please be sure to deal with the transaction in a timely manner before the share merger.
