BigONE announcement that the shares of leveraged ETF products: ICP3L and SHIB3L will be merged

Dear BigONE users,

We will merge the shares of DICP3L and SHIB3L at 18:00 on June 15, 2021 (UTC+8), the total assets of users after the merger will not be affected in any way.

The name, abbreviation, and trading pair of the new share are the same as  before the merger.

The previous 1000 shares of ICP3 and SHIB3L，will turned to be one share of ICP3L and SHIB3L, at the same time, the net value of the new share becomes 1000 times the original share, and the conversion of the net value is based on the net value at the time of the merger.

For Example：
At the time of the merger, Mike holds 1000 shares of ICP3L, the net value of each share is 0.00015，the total amount is 0.15 USDT. After the merger, the one share of ICP3L  MIke holds, the net value of each share is 0.15, and the total amount will remain the same: 0.15 USDT.

【Tips】

1. During the merger, we will stop the asset transaction of the specific trading pairs half an hour in advance (the merger process is expected to be 1 hour), and other trading pairs' transactions will not be affected.
2. Before the merger, all users who have pending orders for the trading pairs above are required to withdraw their orders in advance. If the orders are not withdrawn, the system will automatically cancel all orders and the relevant assets will be returned to the account.

• If the direction is judged incorrectly, there will be a risk of the price approaching zero under extreme market conditions;
• If the price you buy/sell should have a larger deviation from the net value of the unit, you may suffer a corresponding loss. Please pay attention to the price and net value when placing the order;
