BigONE announcement on supporting PRS settlement

Dear BigONE users,

The PRS project has decided to open a settlement process for PRS tokens. The settlement will be carried out by the Quorum(RUM) team, and BigONE will support the settlement of PRS. According to the requests of the project, BigONE will start the exchange of PRS and Quorum token (RUM) at 12:00 (UTC+8) on June 7, 2021 in accordance with the circulation of the PRS stop trading time. The specific liquidation rules are as follows:

【Settlement Rules】

1. May 31, 2021 19:45（UTC+8）is the time to stop PRS trading, according to the PRS circulation, it is calculated as PRS: RUM = 1: 0.0105;

2. There are still 398,712,305 shares held by the original PRS team, which is 19.93% from the total issuance, and  is in lock-up status, and RUM will maintain the same amount of lock-up. Except for small team incentives, the team's holdings will not be released in the short term, and the locked address can be queried on the ETH public chain. At the same time, the RUM team also airdrop a total of 702,683 BOX (50% of the circulating price at the end of the transaction) to PRS holders as a settlement premium.

3. After calculation, the final exchange ratio for PRS and RUM is: 1 PRS = 0.0105 RUM + 0.001988 BOX；1000 PRS = 10.5 RUM + 1.988 BOX；

4. Quorum token（RUM) total supply is 21,000,000，and is not currently in circulation. After the settlement of this time, th circulation of RUM is: 3,711,358.077 ，17.6731337% of the total；The locked amount for the RUM team is: 4,186,479.2025, 19.93% of the total;

5. After the exchange, RUM token can be obtained only through mining;

6. The previous PRS contract address and token will be destroyed after the settlement completed.

【Settlement Operations】

• Please transfer PRS to BigONE exchange, search 「PRS」 from the 「funding account」 page, click 「exchange」, then you can exchange the corresponding BOX and transfer;
• The effective period to exchange is June 7, 2021  12:00 - July 7, 2021  12:00（UTC+8），please complete the exchange within the effective period；
• This exchange supports multiple exchanges. For example, after the exchange of PRS assets in your account is completed, you can continue to deposit PRS for exchange;
• When the exchange is opened, BigONE will delist all PRS trading pairs;
• When the exchange amount is more than 1,000,000 PRS, it will be manually reviewed, and the exchange can be successful after the review is passed (including regular review of user account status, security, etc.);
• The minimum exchange amount for PRS is 0.1. If your PRS balance is less than 0.1, you will not be able to complete the exchange.

【Tips】

• If you provided liquidity in 4swap, Exinswap, Mixswap, please redeem in time, and complete the exchange within the effective time.
