Announcement on System Upgrade Maintenance (2024/9/4)

Dear BigONE users,

BigONE will be conducting a system upgrade maintenance on 5 September 2024 at 12:00 (GMT+8). The estimated duration of the Futures maintenance is from 12:00 - 13:00 (GMT+8) and the estimated duration for other services is from 12:00 - 13:00 (GMT+8).

Maintenance includes:
1. All services on the site and deposit during this period will be credited to the account after the maintenance ends.
2. Futures services are expected to be available 30 minutes after other service maintenance ends.

After the maintenance is completed, we will inform you with an official announcement, and reserve 15 minutes for order cancellation. After 15 minutes, all system services will be officially opened. All matters are subject to the official announcement.

During the maintenance period, your assets will be well secure. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period.
